Last week i tried skipping breakfast to see if that would do anything.

First two weeks i never counted calories at all. I know i can get on the keto diet for two weeks and lose over 5 pounds quickly. I lost 6 pounds the first week and nothing since.
I m the author of no cook keto the easiest way to start keto the no cook keto cook book and the chronic inflammation challenge. Not only did he lose 5 3 pounds but he had a far easier time controlling his type 1 diabetes. But i assumed that perhaps there was a reason and reflected on both my diet and exercise.
So for two weeks i ve been watching calories have found myself more hungry than usual and still no weight loss. I ve now been on the keto diet for just 3 weeks but i ve had some really interesting things happen in such a short space of time. So week 3 i lost nothing.
